STACKING  PROBLEM
.

CHOOSING A BASE PAGE:

    When you sign onto a Website that has LOTS of pages like GoldenArk, then is a very real danger that you will keep on opening pages that stack up in your computer like a deck of cards - they just keep PILING UP until the links finally stop working!

SOLUTION: You should pick ONE page (not the Lobby page) to be your base page For example: the CATALOG would be an ideal choice, but any can be choosen. Every page has a horizontal escalator at the bottom that links to key pages. It looks like this:

1= Lobby , 2= Quick Start, 3 = Audio,  4=  Catalog
EXAMPLE: Using CATALOG as your BASE PAGE:
In the graphic, the bottom card (10 Diamonds) represents the LOBBY page, the first page that you opened. If you use the Click Menu in the Lobby to open your Catalog Base page, that is represented by the top of a two card stack (Jack of Clubs).
        If you next opened the Quick Start it would = Queen of Diamonds
        If you next opened the Audio page it would  = King of Hearts
        Finally, if you opened the Catalog again it would = Ace of Spades.

Notice you have now stacked up 5 (pages) on your computer including 2 copies of the Catalog page: Jack of Clubs, and Ace of Spades. This process goes on and on until your computer becomes overwhelmed and stops opening pages!

YOUR WAY TO AVOID THIS PROBLEM:
       After the Lobby page, you again open your Catalog Base Page. Thereafter, every NEW PAGE that you open is closed in a special way. INSTEAD of using the horizontal menu at the bottom to bring in a new page, you go to the UPPER RIGHT corner of the page and click on the X to CLOSE the page. It disappears from your screen and you now see the Base Page that was sitting below it. You are back to only having TWO pages open on your computer. EVERY new page you open thereafter you close with the X in the upper right hand corner.
      You will never have more than three pages on your computer at any one time by using this method. Every now and then when you are at your base page, use the REFRESH button on your Internet Explorer to refresh your Catalog page and restore any of the links in the menu.
